Care via Telehealth still means quality care. While providing services via telehealth, we guarantee the same quality care we have provided to our patients for a combined 40 years. You will have a personalized assessment that will be reviewed and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions. Together we will develop goals that matter to you and if met, will make your life easier and more full. Sessions will be tailored to meet those goals using items already available to you in your home. Each session will be followed through with a customized home exercise program provided digitally for your use between sessions. Communication via text and email is available between sessions to guarantee customized and quality care.
